Sthando is a content creator, digital strategist, and social media manager.
Sthando is a qualified computer engineer & self-taught web-developer & visual artist with years of experience and training, specialising in digital media & programming. He’s spent most of his years working for/with start-ups and high-profile clients across numerous industry verticals. In 2017 he founded arts development & media powerhouse company New Age Artistry which focuses on providing tools that artists & art organizations need to be successful in this day & age.
Sthando spent close to two years on an innovative augmented reality project called "Remember Your Descendants" alongside World Poetry Slam Champion Xabiso Vili, Sonwabo Valashiya & Thutukani Ndlovu.
He has also worked closely with Tshwane's creative community to promote and showcase local talent and create a supportive environment for artists to perform and network.
He is dedicated to using media and technology to amplify voices, bring communities together, and preserve cultural heritage.
